Attached file Test case
1. Open attachment.
2. Mouse over links to view URL in status bar.

Result:
Domains displayed in punycode.

Expected:
Domains should be displayed in Unicode, as they are whitelisted.
Blocks: 722299
The results are the same as before the checkin of bug 722299, right? These test cases all contain characters new in Unicode since version 3.2, so they are rejected by NamePrep before the new display algorithm kicks in. When we update to IDNA2008 this should get fixed automatically.
Depends on: IDNA2008
OS: Mac OS X → All
Hardware: x86 → All
With network.IDN.use_whitelist set to true (which was the default when this was filed), all the URLs in the testcase now display in Unicode except the last one, which contains an undefined Unicode codepoint.

I'm going to mark this WORKSFORME (though bug 843689 is in process of making it INVALID anyway).
