Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Unagi Build ID: 20130313070202
2) From home screen go to 'Settings" menu and change a language to Spanish
3) Select Improve Firefox OS near the bottom of the list.
4) Select the Send Feedback Button

Expected:
The link directs to the Spanish "Send Feedback Button" page

Actual:
The link directs to the Spanish "page cannot be opened"

This issue is no longer reproduces, the link "Send Feedback button" directs the user to the Spanish "Feedback" page
