Summary says it all. I've invested at least 15 cents into this idea. And those
are US cents too. That'd buy me at least a yacht here in New Zealand. 

I think this should block Mozilla 2.0.

hyatt may be able to provide some clues. I've heard he knows something about
this "XUL" stuff. Adding cc. 
Using an OpenGL layer under XPFE would make Mozilla run on all kinds of weird 
hardware, and solve all those pesky transparency issues too.
