Can you please file a follow-up bug in order to integrate both this and the run command with mozrunner?  This is based on the current run command, and I don't want to scope creep it into rewriting both on top of mozrunner...

I had a hallway convo with jhammel. We agreed that using mozrunner from mach is a good long-term goal. However, a non-mozrunner solution for |mach debug| is acceptable.
