We basically need a windows debug build with the diagnostic patch in comment #59 of 842473 that makes the assertion crash and then upload the symbols to socorro.

khuey and I figured this out on IRC, resulting in 
  https://tbpl.mozilla.org/?tree=Try&rev=2f8a9ac73db3. 
When the user crashes using that build [1] khuey will acquire the minidump from Socorro, then combine it with the full set of symbols uploaded during the try run [2] in his debugger.

Please reopen if that doesn't work out.
