Not sure what is happening, but if I seek while paused in this video:

I does not update visually. If I play it from here, it plays from the expected time.

Also, logging the currentTime while paused returns the expected time.

I am not able to reproduce this with other ogv files, so something up with that file.

Plays fine in Chrome.
What's unusual about that video is that it's a 30fps video with a large number of drop frames (usually 1-2 seconds worth between each frame).
