Build Gecko/20010607, win98. Need help to confirm in other platforms and
possible dup.

This web site have some text overlapping HTML elements. I started removing some
piece of code and I found that removing the HR element, fixes the page. I will
attach my testcase. See in the source the following piece of code:

<!-- ********* hr causing problems ********* -->
<hr>
<!-- *************************************** -->

NOTES:
------
If you remove the HR.... the page layout correctly.
If you resize the browser... page layout correctly.
If you reload the page...overlap text problem.
Marking regression. I tested with N6/ M.6
