Details

In Cert Mgr., click Restore. After you pick the file to restore and enter your
master password, you see a dialog with this text:

  Please enter the portable security password protecting this security 
  certificate and private key. 

For consistency with the fix in bug 76736, this should read as follows:

  Please enter the certificate backup password protecting the backup 
  you want to restore.

I believe the backup file could contain a single cert or several. This wording
should work for either case.
