update po file and notify to localizers

Some localized pages contains English partly:

This is because po file are not updated when you update template file.

To Do Next:
1. check if any other commit which includes change of templates
2. update po file for all locale
3. notify to localizers
4. accept new po file updated by localizers
5. deploy
Thanks for the notice, we have a bunch of string changes coming.. hopefully late this week and will be doing a string merge then.
I see. We'll wait the merge and update translations.
Please notify to localizers on dev-l10n-web ML before you update production site, or every localization pages will be broken.

localizers can catch up with it.

We Mozilla Japan marketing team (and any other countries) need to keep the site fully localized to promote Flicks. Thanks.
Milos, should our team be posting to that google group. I think for flicks traditionally either you or Pascal does this but if it's something you would like us to do, its no problem.

Ben, yes. I'd like us to sit down and work out a better and more efficent strategy on communicating changes to l10n to our localizers. Let's do it in email as this bug doesn't really cover it.

Quick update.. . We had some last minute copy changes that should be finished today. Hoping for string merge tomorrow.

I was under the impression string merge happened last week and verbatim had been updated?

Hi, Thank you for letting me know the po file updated. 

One question - aren't you going to localize Official Rules to each language ?

I can not find the strings for the page.
Quoting from an email addressing the same question:

"We don't localize the rules because our localizers aren't comfortable localizing legal language so we leave it in English as per direction from our legal team."

The legal team provided translations in de, es, fr, pl, pt-br. Other locales will get the english rules.
