don't generate product dashboard data at every page load

the product dashboard currently regenerates all graphs from the database each time it is loaded.  it would be nice to cache the generated data for a period of time.

it's probably practical to initially only consider this for non-logged-in users, and store the data for (rolls dice) 4 hours.
