1/ manage.py l10n_extract 2/ manage.py l10n_merge de All the files created/updated by the call to l10n_merge are empty files.

Hi Pmac- Pascal asked if you could check on this one. He's not sure if it is a regression or the settings on his new machine. Thanks, Jen

I apparently forgot to update the bug. Sorry about that. I have a fix for this, but it's not yet merged. I gave pascalc my branch with the fix when he asked about it in IRC, but I need to write a test before I merge it. I'll try to get it in today.
