Both the title area (the graphics "PartnerWorld for developers") and the
"announcements" part of the page are rendered as wider (to the right) and less
deep in other browsers. In mozilla title area and the "announcements" part are
only as wide as half of the allotted area.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the url http://www.developer.ibm.com/

Actual Results:  The above descibed rendering.

Expected Results:  Rendering as in Netscape 4.7 och IE 5.

I'm not good enough at interpreting the expected results of the HTML to judge
this. But It looks to me to be a problem with tables.

This problem also exists i Netscape 6.1 PR1.
