steps to reproduce:
1. Set language on the Phone->Settings to Espanol
2. Launch marketplace-dev
3. Start the purchase of a paid app
4. Sign in as a new user
5. Set up PIN
6. In the Confirm your mobile number, notice the copy.


observed behavior:
The copy in Espanol specifies [objectHTMLInputElement] which it probably shouldn't.
