Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:20.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/20.0 SeaMonkey/2.17 Build ID: 20130331213155 Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Composer. 2. Insert a new 2x2 (or larger) table with default attributes. 3. Switch to HTML tags view. 4. Click on any "TD" label, "Table Properties" window will open. 5. In the Selection drop-down list select Row or Column. 6. Select any Row/Column with "Previous" and "Next" buttons. 7. Check "Background color:" checkbox and choose a color. 8. Click "OK" or "Apply". Actual results: 1. Nothing happens. Expected results: 2. The selected Row/Column should turn the chosen color.
Confirming on trunk if CSS used, suspecting that this is because Bug 746165 is not fixed yet
