Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Composer.

2. Insert a new 2x2 (or larger) table with default attributes.

3. Switch to HTML tags view.

4. Click on any "TD" label, "Table Properties" window will open.

5. In the Selection drop-down list select Row or Column.

6. Select any Row/Column with "Previous" and "Next" buttons.

7. Check "Background color:" checkbox and choose a color.

8. Click "OK" or "Apply".

Actual results:

Expected results:

2. The selected Row/Column should turn the chosen color.
