86145 - mixed languages in menus

i mastered to mix the laguages in the menus:
installed NS6.1b1 german (DE) on Win98 with EN(US) regional settings and then I 
changed the settings: language=DE, reg=US.
an attachment(image) follows to demonstrate what i mean.
I now that i should reported it on the netscape report page but i expect the 
same problems using mozilla. maybe you guys are able to determine what the 
problem is.

This is a Netscape problem. The items you show on the shot aren't available in
Mozilla's chrome (language/regional packs).

Please report this to Netscape (as you're @netscape.com you might even be able
to report this in Bugscape - er what the heck, I assume you know how to report
Netscape problems :-> )

For Mozilla, this seems INVALID to me (currently).
