From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:0.9.1) Gecko/20010607
BuildID: 2001060703

URL provided contains an applet with three clock faces, each with a moving
second hand. When viewed in Mozilla the entire screen flashes each second, in
synch with the clock hand movements. Desktop background screen space flashes as
well, in addition to the Mozilla window contents. Viewing the page in IE shows
no such trouble.

Note that the flashing goes away if the clocks are covered by another Mozilla
window. One time when testing this effect of covering the applet I found that
any control movement such as moving a window or scroll bar causes severe
flashing. That continued until Mozilla was quit and re-launched (all windows
closed). This control movement-related flashing with the applet covered has not
been reproduced.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. View the page http://www.mgforex.com/
2. Watch the strobe screen flash show.
