Steps to reproduce:

Request access for SVN L10n access for Russian Community Member, Konstantin Lepikhov (lakostis@mozilla-russia.org).

Alexander Slovesnik (unghost@mozilla-russia.org) can vouch me.
I vouch for Konstantin. He is a member of the team of Russian translators.
I vouch for Konstantin as well. 

Konstantin, do you already have an LDAP account and signed a committer's agreement? If not, please fill in the document (http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/notification/) sign it, scan it and send it to Shannon Armitage (sarmitage@mozilla.com).
