Bug 22274 strikes again.

The page http://telematics.open.ac.uk/what/ is designed expecting the
traditional (quirks mode) td height / line box height calculation.

display: block; is needed on the lone images in table cells.

Got the same bug (i think)

http://www.yayel.com/plaidoyer4.php ( html4.01 doctype ) is correctly displayed,
while http://www.yayel.com/plaidoyer.php (xhtml trans. doctype ) does display
wrong cell heights.

both pages are w3c compliant and are correctly displayed with MSIE5 or NS4.x
Moving to new component "West Europe".  European component is being removed.
