We are unable to reach the following audio-conference bridge:
GERMANY(DEU): 08001014526 (toll free) or 030700150717 (toll)
UNITED KINGDOM(GBR): 08004960578 (toll free) or 02079040083 (toll)
ITALY(ITA): 800182598 (toll free) or 0200617506 (toll)
SPAIN(ESP) 900800372 (toll free) or 917911824 (toll).
POLAND(POL): 008001114562 (toll free) or 222120665 (toll)
FRANCE(FRA): 0800941633 (toll free) or 0174180778 (toll)

The error message is "I'm sorry, this is not a valid extension".

How are you dialing the number?

We have experienced some issues with the speed in which the numbers are entered.  One way to verify number functionality is to keep the phone on hook, enter the number, and then select the line so the full dial string is sent vs. each digit at a time.

Whether or not this method works will dictate how we address this issue.

I kept the phone on hook, punched the number and pressed dial: I got an occupation tone with 0800941633 and an error message with 0174180778. I tried both on my mobile and Ready access by Level 3 communications was ready to accept my PIN number.

If these are anything like toll-free numbers in the US, they won't accept foreign calls.  All of your outbound calls are routed through the US currently, so it'll look like you're calling from the US.
