Build 1999061908M7 on Linux Redhat 5.2, Mac 8.5.1
Doesn't occur on Win32/NT4

Summary: Select the server name or folders with a couple of messages and a
horizontal scroll bar appears in the thread pane. The horizontal scroll bar
should be removed because it is not defined in the Messenger Master Spec. Jglick
also stated that it should be removed.

Step to reproduce on the Mac:
1. Start Messenger
2. The servers should appear and on the Mac you automatically see the horizontal
scroll bar.
3. Double click onto the server for the folders to appear.
4. Select a folder with a couple of messages and notice that the thread pane has
a horizontal scroll bar.
5. Select a folder with many messages, such as 20, and notice that the scroll
bar disappears and a vertical scroll bar appears.

Step to reproduce using Linux:
1. Start Messenger
2. The servers should appear.
3. Double click onto the server for the folders to appear.
4. Select a folder with a couple of messages and notice that the thread pane has
a horizontal scroll bar. If it's not there then resize the window smaller.
5. Select a folder with many messages, such as 20, and notice that the scroll
bar disappears and a vertical scroll bar appears.

I don't see the horizontal scroll bars in the Thread pane anymore.
