862804 - Can't scroll time for driving route in Here Maps

Description

STR
1. In Here Maps, search for a location, say, "Teatro Circo Price" in Madrid
2. Press on the marker for the found location on the map
3. Press the "Route" button
4. Search for another location in Madrid, say, "Melia Castilla", select the matching location
5. Press the automobile icon to get driving directions
6. Note that "Today" and the current time are selected
7. Press the time and try to scroll

Expected:
- time chooser scrolls to allow for picking a later time

Actual:
- cannot scroll time choices (they're in half hour increments)

Andrew showed me this in person. It looks this is regression with the select box dialog pop-up.

Given the minimal change we've taken around scrolling in web content, we suspect this is a regression in Nokia Here Maps. Including roc so that he can provide his expertise if that doesn't end up being the case.

That can't be right. The select box dialog is part of Gaia, not the HERE Maps app.

I can no longer reproduce.  I haven't updated so I have no idea how this happened yesterday and not today.  Sorry.
