Steps to reproduce:

1.Launch the Web(http://www.ddindia.gov.in/DDIndiaChannel/KendraHome.aspx?k=HYDERABAD) Page.
2.Make point on 'Information' Link to open Sub functionalists.
3.Then Click on 'Sponsored Programs' link to see the details 



Actual results:

1.Mismatching the link instead of 'Information' make point on 'Business' link to see sub functionalists.
2.The Sub-functionality of 'Information' Link,gram while Clicking on 'Sponsored Programs'  error message is occuring.


Expected results:

1.links should perform when make/select point on respective link.
2.while Clicking on 'Sponsored Programs' link should perform.
