Tested in buri device with:

BuildID 20130417174631
Version 18.0

from V1.0.1 build is provided by TCL directly.

STR:
1-Power on your device with a SIM with or without pin
2-If with pin just type it and press ok when asked for it

Expected result --> Device is registered in the network and you can make calls, send SMS...

Actual result --> Device is never registered in the network, in fact it shows the no SIM card indicator

Hi carlos, do you know if your SIM is hitting the sim security error page (like bug 861215?)   if so, it might be related.

Also, please specify which network your SIM card is using.   We can try this again on a recent build from partner.

Device is asking for PIN if enabled, but once entered is not registered in the network, so I don´t think is related to bug 861215.

I´m using movistar spain network. 

Tomorrow I will try with a newer partner build.
We´ve been having some problems with TCL/Alcatel builds in the last few days. Today I´m able to test with:

TCL build id: 20130424110510
Mozilla Build: 20130418070206
Qualcomm Build: AU_LINUX_GECKO_ICS_STRAWBERRY.01.00.01.019.088

And is working fine. Closing as worksforme.
