STR:
1) Visit http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/update/ in any other browser( Chrome, Opera, Safari) etc
2) Sub heading says your Firefox is up to date even though you are not running firefox

Expected Result:
1) Remove Firefox update messaging for other browsers
Holly - what do you want to do with this one?

I've added it to the Research and Design column on the mozilla.org Kanban board.
Priority: -- → P3
Also - Raymond:

When I open the page in Safari and Chrome, I see a "your Fx is out of date" message.
Raymond and I spoke with Matej earlier in the week about this and he approved updating the message to this for non-Fx browsers:

"Welcome (headline font)
Download Firefox to get started." (sub-head font)
Not sure if the template HTML text has changed since this bug was opened, but the default message for non-Firefox browsers currently reads:

"Keep Your Firefox Happy!" (headline)
"Make sure you're running the latest, greatest and most secure version." (sub-head)

The up-to-date / out-of-date messaging is handled via JS, which does a browser detect and should only apply to Firefox.
I was updating this page to wrap the strings for l10n anyhow, so I updated the non-Firefox text (directly in the HTML template, not in the JS) to use this new text from comment #3). Pull request here: https://github.com/mozilla/bedrock/pull/929
