Details

1. Title : Dragging slider while playing WebM videos stops video playing
2. Precondition : Load WebM (VP8)video files
3. Tester's Action : drag the slider while playing webm video file.
4. Detailed Symptom (ENG.) : While playing a WebM video file in video player app if you user drags the slider, the video playing stops and returns to list view.
5. Expected : video play should play from the new position selected after dragging.
6.Reproducibility: Y
