Steps to reproduce:

In the Windows 8 desktop running Firefox, on a system with multiple monitors and the taskbar only shown on one display.  The Firefox window seems to block the Windows 8 hot corners on the display without the taskbar, while working fine on the display with the taskbar.


Actual results:

Hot corners not activating on display without the taskbar with firefox open


Expected results:

Hot corners should activate on any display no matter if the taskbar is present on that display with firefox open

WFM on Win 8, FF 23.0a1 (2013-04-29).

Please check if the issue occurs using Firefox in safe mode:
http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode

Or on a new, empty profile (Don't install any addons into it)
