865882 - Merge the projects planet with the main planet

Benjamin said on dev.platform today that the Planet team has decided to exclude the stuff on projects planet from the main planet.  This *shocks* me, as it makes a lot of content that would otherwise be very valuable to me and others completely invisible from us.

Can we please merge projects back into the main planet?

"Decided" as in recently? We did it almost a year ago...

Welp, more than a year later that doesn't look likely. I'm WONTFIXing this on the presumption that having these feeds separate is more useful and maintainable than reverting their separation would be.
