So, as far as I can tell all devices on panda-relay-006 are down, as well as our panda relay reboot script isn't working to allow us to connect via the socket

bmm has a comment pointing at the 5v power supply bug, however there is no indication in said bug that this is an issue.

Please fix.

I rebooted the relay board and reimaged pandas 0070-0080 via mozpool.  Not sure why the socket was hung up but it was obvious from the serial stats that data was not being send to the ProXR firmware.

Pandas have also been locked_out in mozpool.
