If you click "judges" in the nav the page scrolls so that the rollover quotes are usually off the page. So when you rollover the judges you never see the quotes. This happens on my 1080p monitor with ff full height.

The quote was always in a position where you could only see it in a tall enough window, and adding the second row of judges has made it even worse. The only real solution is moving the quotes. I'd suggest a little box that appears under each judge when you mouse over them (and disappears when you mouse out). That's super easy to do.
