What do we know about this one? I have a contact with the Incredibar developers, but we should be specific if possible.

The developers have been contacted.
It looks like users of the currently blocked add-on were updated to this add-on on February 28th. As that add-on is still blocked, we should summarily block this one. We should also probably prevent blocklisted add-ons from pushing updates with new IDs...
