Not sure what the right component for this is.  I notice when my Firefox window on Mac gains or loses focus that it is a bit slow to repaint to show the lighter/darker window chrome.

STR:

1. Focus the Firefox window.
2. Keep an eye on the window and the menu bar.
3. Click on the desktop to focus Finder.
4. Notice that the menu bar changes to Finder's menu before the Firefox window
   is repainted with its unfocused style.

For me, on my rMBP, it's maybe a 150ms delay (just guessing by eye).
What version?
