This looks like something rickshaw might be able to do.

I am wildly guessing this is 3pts. Maybe 2pt if we are lucky.

Rickshaw has support for this kind of side by side bar chart, I think. See [1]. If you change the renderer to "Bar" and the type to "Value", and then zoom in really close, it looks kind of like the HighCharts version with worse colors.

Given that this is something Rickshaw is supposed to support, I think we can safely lower this to 2pts.
