87001 - Collapsing last item in Mail Folders makes Mail Folders blank

I have a configuration like this in the Mail Folders:

- heikki@netscape
  ...
- Webmail
  ...
- another mailbox
  ...
- yet another mailbox
  ...
+ Local Folders
- news.mozilla.org
  ...

- = expanded, + = collapsed, ... = list.

When I scroll so that new.mozilla.org has about half of its items visible, and
click to collapse it, the Mail Folders list becomes blank (or almost blank,
seems like two mailboxes are left partially visible sometimes).

Resizing makes everything again visible.

This looks very unprofessional, adding nsCatFood keyword.

this might be a dup.

either way, I bet it gets fixed when we land the folder pane outliner branch.

this bug (or the original, if it is a dup) should be blocked by the folder pane
outliner bug.

Yeah it is a duplicate of a bug that will get fixed by our folder-outliner landing.
