Steps to reproduce:

created svg text with transform="rotate(0 20,40)"
javascript interval changes rotation angle by 1 every 500ms


Actual results:

Visible jittering between blurry and clear text.


Expected results:

Text is not jittering.

It works as expecting if set svg.display-lists.painting.enabled to false
