The ratings page and details page need to reload post logout so that the ratings button is updated.

Steps to reproduce:

 * Log-out.
 * Visit https://marketplace.firefox.com/app/accuweather?src=featured 
 * Click "Sign-in to Review"
 * After page has reloaded scroll up and click sign-out.

What happens:

 * Review button remains as if you are logged in e.g. "Write a review" or "Edit your review"
 
What should happen:
 
 * Page should reload resulting in the buttons being updated correctly back to "Sign in to Review"
