Steps to reproduce:

System 1: Fedora 18 (64bit) with Firefox 21.0 
System 2: Windows 8 (64bit) with Firefox 21.0
using Google Maps's public transport guide. In the depart at text field the cursor and any text selection is invisible.  See attached video for more details

It works fine in Google chrome on both systems


Actual results:

Cursor and text selection is invisible


Expected results:

Cursor and text selection should be visible

Same issue with old versions (FF8) on Win 7. It looks like a TE bug for me.

Works fine with IE9 on Win 7.
