In bug 871575, some prefs were added to Android reftests that cause background network requests for things like safebrowsing and extensions updates to be disabled, as these were found to sometimes cause problems.

We should set the same prefs in the B2G reftest runner.
Well, we should figure out if any of them actually apply - pretty sure I asked about plugins and was told that no such thing exists.
Plugins don't exist.  There are no user extensions, but reftest uses a couple of test extensions.  The safebrowsing requests likely get made, but I haven't verified that.
