Steps to reproduce:

Many addon authors have marked their addons as compatible with a specific version "or newer" but there a many addons which haven't been updated for a very long time. So there should be an indicator within the addons list at amo if an addons hasn't been updated for i.e. 12 month or more.

WONTFIX'ing for cleanup. Re-open if this is still (somehow) an issue after all this time...
