Tutorial width should be 560 pixels instead of 500 - which is minimum size for popcorn embeds

Right now the default tutorial is 500 pixels wide, but the smallest possible popcorn embed is 560 pixels.

so until we can create smaller popcorn video embeds, we should consider defaulting the tutorial width to 560 so it becomes a seamless load without the user having to resize the window in order to watch a tutorial that was created with Popcorn.
When we filed this we considered putting videos into the tutorial page.

The tutorial page could probably use some more design consideration before we decide to just "make it bigger".

Closing this for now, we can reopen when and how we decide to do it.
