User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:20.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/20.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20130409194949 Steps to reproduce: Using Thunderbird. My desktop was recently updated to the latest version, but my laptop doesn't update. I have Options > Update to automatically check for updates and ask me when update is available. Update history shows no updates. Help > About shows that I am on the release channel and using 16.01. Current version is 17.0.6. Restart to Update has no effect. Expected results: Automatic update doesn't work. If automatic update doesn't work, I should be able to update manually.

dbell, Do you still see this issue when using a current version?

The current version is 31.4.0 and that is what I have, so it appears to be working correctly now.
