I'd like to serve out:

private.NETAPP_STORAGE_ROOT + '/dumped-apps/tarballs/'

...through the CDN. This will be a tarball of the marketplace data. If you want me to put the files somewhere else, happy to do so. 

We might also need private.NETAPP_STORAGE_ROOT + '/dumped-apps/' created, this has been done already on -dev.
