As per bug 875536 move /apps/app/ over to /fireplace/app/. /apps/app/ will stay where it is, its just that /fireplace/app/ will have the more expanded result that fireplace wanted: specifically users and upsell. Anything else?

If we removed all user specific stuff from the app, this might not need doing we can then etag and all that other good stuff.

Scrub that last comment, its still wrong to get some of those things in the data, the submission flow is kinda crazy now.
