See during ZTE testing. Also confirmed all three cases across a partner build and an unagi build.

Issue still exists in Tower Jelly only on Inari v1.1 2013-08-02.  Unable to duplicate on Unagi v1.0.1 2013-06-13.

Just triaging old bugs, I'm not aware of any high priority on this.
Trying it in Helix i had the same bugs
