Using Firefox Beta 22 on Android 4.2.2 on a Samsung Galaxy Nexus:

On https://www.mozilla.org/MPL/ the text "Last modified on February 1, 2012 — Edit this Page" is much larger than the rest of the footer.

Yes, this is a font inflation issue, and it appears to happen on nightly as well (although, on my Samsung Galaxy S2 w/ ICS, it doesn't appear to be quite as interrupting as what Jesse seems to be arguing).
