Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64; rv:20.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/20.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20130409194949

Steps to reproduce:

I use internet banking with Caixa Economica in Brazil.

https://internetbanking.caixa.gov.br/SIIBC/index.processa

They require a security program to be downloaded to be able to access their internet banking.

Actual results:

The security program seemed to install correctly and a pop window says "This certificate is already installed as a certificate authority", but I still cannot access their site.

Expected results:

I should have been able to access their site after the security program was installed.
Did you test from a different computer with a different OS?

It worked on Windows 7 with IE, but not Firefox. Now I'm using Windows 8 and not working with Firefox. Today I did a Firefox upgrade and now a window continues to come up saying it cannot run the script gbmzhcef/s.js:1. I had to uninstall the software as it was preventing me from using Firefox at all.

Going to https://internetbanking.caixa.gov.br/SIIBC/index.processa already triggers a "This connection is untrusted" warning in Firefox. So the bank maybe should fix their security problems first, in general.
