Actual Results:
Animation PNG frame rate is slightly faster than Aurora23.0a2

Expected Results:
Animation PNG frame rate should be same as Aurora23.0a2

This file actually used to run slightly too *slow*. In Aurora, a current cycle of this image takes 1666.39 ms, but on Nightly it's always almost exactly 1500ms. The file itself is designed to take 1500 ms. So I think this isn't a bug!
