This was observed while investigating bug 870564.

STR:
1. open the link in bug 870564 comment 0
2. tap on the "Play" icon on the video to start playing it

Observed behaviour: sometimes, when the stream of data from YouTube stops (this can be challenging to reproduce--see bug 870564) the video playback goes solid green. The UI still works and the Video app can be exited.

Expected behaviour: if the stream from YT stops, the screen should show the last valid frame (and possibly a "network congestion" spinner--but that's an app issue).

Observed on Inari with:

- gaia: c51082d92f18c4c7cdbc4f96c977be735500562a

Bug 877400 might be cause of this problem.
Don't think this should block 1.0.1
Whiteboard: [tef-triage]
If this is challenging to repro, we won't block 1.0.1 on this.
