We build bug 807792's emulator builds on b2g18 and b2g18_1_0_1_0_1, but because the in-tree config didn't land there, we build them as a 15 minute long permared, failing to fetch b2g/config/emulator/config.json.

jgriffin, are you going to need emulator builds on these branches?

If fixing them only amounts to landing https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/db7759b03389 on those other gecko trees, I think it would be a good idea. 

If it's harder than that, I'd be happy to punt on this, given that mozilla-b2g18 has an apparently limited shelf life.
