User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:21.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/21.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20130511120803

Steps to reproduce:

I visited the page http://css-3d.org for see example about CSS 3D.

Actual results:

The icon on the top right appears in the tab bar when I scroll down the page. I think that it can insecurity because the CSS 3D can simulate an https page or something similar.

Expected results:

The icon should disappear if I scroll down the page
Are you speaking about the favicon of the website?

Your description is not very clear, make a screenshot maybe, please.

I uploaded a screenshot. You can see the bug.

Thanks, it's more clear.
But I don't see that when I'm scrolling down the page.

Could you try:
1) in safe mode:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

2) with a new profile:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles

Does it work normally?

Well, if you scroll all the page the CSS 3D dissappear, but when the animation is like the screenshot a part of the animation is viewed in the URL bar an also the tabs bar. If somebody can draw to the tab bar and the URL bar , he will can modify the security advertisements in HTTPS

The fact is I'm not able to reproduce the issue, so it could be an issue on your side with your profile (broken add-on, bad pref etc).

So you need to test the basic troubleshooting steps I provided previously, please.
This is duplication of Bug 839987 if this was fixed in Firefox22.0beta
Thanks!
