88031 - Save page does not fetch URL with the same parameters as the browser

When I try to do "Save As..." on a page that is a result from some query, the
save fails and I get error page as the result. I see two problems here:

1. Browser should not re-query page when saving, after all it already has it.
2. Since "reload" works on the page and "Save As..." not, it's obvious "Save
As..." function fault - it does not 

This can be seen, for example, on the URL http://www.livejournal.com/export.bml
if you have LJ account. If you set the parameters and try to export, you get XML
file on screen. If you try to save it, the error page gets saved instead.
